About OVERCLIP
OVERCLIP is a marketplace where brands fund short-form campaigns and creators are paid for the views their posts actually deliver, counted by the platforms themselves rather than reported by anyone.
The short version
Every number about how this platform works — the payment model, the commission, the withdrawal floor, the platforms, how views are counted — lives on one page: OVERCLIP at a glance. It is generated from the running code, so it cannot drift from what the platform actually does. Where any other page disagrees with it, that page is out of date.
What the platform does
A brand puts up a budget and a brief. Creators pick a campaign, make a video, and post it from their own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account. The view count on that post is read from the platform's own API, and the creator is paid against it.
Three kinds of campaign run here. Clipping: the brand supplies authorised footage and the creator cuts it. Logo: the creator places a brand asset into content they were already making. UGC: no footage is supplied and the creator films original content with the product in it. The payment model is the same for all three. The clipping side is explained here, and the UGC side here.
How views are verified
Nobody types a view count into this platform — not the creator, not the brand, not us. Before a post can earn, the account it came from is verified as the creator's own, through the platform's own sign-in or a one-time code in the profile. After that, counts are read from the platform APIs and refreshed while the campaign runs. Posts whose numbers do not behave like real reach are held out of payout, with the reason attached.
This matters to both sides. A brand is paying against numbers it can audit, which is what keeps budgets funded; a creator is paid on a figure that is not anyone's opinion. How view fraud shows up goes into the detail.
What we charge
0% platform commission
The whole campaign budget is available to the creators who deliver views. Nothing is taken out of it on the way.
Withdraw from $25
Once approved payouts reach $25 in a balance, the creator can request a withdrawal. No extra waiting period on top.
Rates are per campaign
Each brand sets its own rate per thousand verified views and its own payable-view threshold. Both are on the campaign page before anyone joins.
Who writes the guides
The articles in the guides section are written by Oleksii, who runs the platform. They are written from what the product actually does: where a rate comes from, why a clip gets rejected, how a payout is calculated. Where a number cannot be stated honestly, the guides say so rather than estimating.
