By using OVERCLIP you agree to post only content you are allowed to post, to connect only social accounts you own, and to submit genuine clips for the campaigns you join. Payouts are calculated from reviewed views per the campaign's CPM and are subject to admin review and approval.

Fraudulent views, bought engagement, or misrepresented accounts result in rejected payouts and account removal. Campaigns and payout rules are set by advertisers and the OVERCLIP team.
