OVERCLIP at a glance
Quick answer. OVERCLIP is a marketplace where brands fund short-form video campaigns and creators are paid per verified view, at a rate each campaign publishes before anyone joins. There is no follower minimum, the platform commission is 0%, and withdrawals open at $25.
This page is the single source of truth for these figures. Every number on it is read from the running code rather than typed here, so it cannot drift away from what the platform actually does.
The numbers
| What it is | A marketplace where brands fund short-form video campaigns and creators are paid for the views their posts deliver. |
|---|---|
| Payment model | Per verified view. Each campaign publishes its own rate per thousand views before anyone joins. |
| Campaign types | Clipping (the brand supplies footage), Logo (a brand asset placed in content the creator was already making), and UGC (the creator films original content with the product in it). |
| Platform commission | 0%. Nothing is deducted from a creator's payout. |
| Withdrawal minimum | $25 balance. |
| Follower minimum | None. Payment follows views, so a new account earns the same per thousand verified views as an established one. |
| Platforms | TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. |
| How views are counted | Read from each platform's own API through an account the creator connects. Nothing is self-reported and nothing is counted from a screenshot. |
| Referral rate | 5% of what a referred creator earns. |
| Content ownership | The creator keeps it. The Terms state: “You retain ownership of the content you create.” |
| Minimum age | 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. |

How a campaign runs, start to finish
A brand funds a campaign and writes a brief. Creators join, make a video and post it from their own account. Views accumulate while the campaign runs and are read from the platform's API. When it closes, each post is reviewed against the brief and approved payouts land in the creator's balance, which can be withdrawn once it reaches $25.
Posts whose metrics do not behave like real reach are held out of payout with the reason attached.
